Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition PS4
There's no doubt that this is indeed the definitive edition of Sleeping Dogs, then, but sadly, it's hard to recommend at full price if you've already taken a blood soaked Hong Kong holiday in the PS3 version. Sure, you'll probably enjoy the story all over again, and the city feels more alive than ever, but this is essentially the same game that released back in 2012, complete with a frustratingly uneven frame rate when travelling through crowded areas.
Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition PS4
On balance, United Front Games succeeds in creating the ultimate edition of its open-world crime drama, giving PS4 and Xbox One owners the most eye-catching console release so far. The only snag is that, in aspiring to the PC's top-end visual standard, the struggling 20-30fps performance is a high price to pay for this luxury. And with visible tearing creeping in too, the current-gen console experience doesn't feel quite as definitive as we'd hoped.
The protagonist, known as Wei Shen is a skilled marital aritist with a unfortunate past. After a drug deal gone bad, a detective known as Thomas Pedrew gives him the chioce of going undercover. You will see many interesting characters in the world of sleeping dogs; all with a unique past.
